1. Basic Concepts

To make it easier for you to understand, we present some important definitions:

  • Legal bases: Legal justifications for processing personal data, such as your consent, the need to fulfill a contract with you or compliance with a legal obligation.
  • Consent: Authorization for the processing of personal data, based on the free, informed and unequivocal manifestation of the holder, agreeing to the processing for a specific purpose that we inform.

  • Personal Data or Data: Information related to an individual that identifies them or makes their identification possible. Examples: name, CPF, ID, address, cell phone number, email.
  • Sensitive Data: Personal data about racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, trade union membership or religious, philosophical or political organization, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.
  • In charge: Our Data Protection Officer, who acts as a communication channel between Star Parks, data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) on matters of personal data protection.
  • Establishments: Our parks, ticket office and event space.
  • Star Parks: Refers to the company LAR'S EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA., which operates under CNPJ 01.215.670/0001-98 and is headquartered at Avenida das Nações Unidas, 22540 – Vila Almeida, São Paulo – SP, 04.795-000 (“LAR'S”). Its main activity is entertainment, according to the CNAE code R-9321-2/00.

    • Suhai Music Hall (Space for shows and events)
  • Legitimate Interest: The justification that allows the processing of personal data, when necessary, to fulfill our legitimate interests, such as in specific communications.
  • Activity: The brands that Star Parks works with, existing or future, such as Parque da Mônica, Hello Park, Ticket Store and Suhai Music Hall.
  • Platforms: Websites, e-commerce, platforms and applications managed by Star Parks.
  • Policy: This Privacy Policy.
  • Products, Businesses and Experiences: All products, businesses, experiences and consumer journeys offered, directly or indirectly, by Star Parks, including platforms, technologies, loyalty programs, direct sales and others.
  • Technologies: Personal identification tools, augmented reality and similar, access to Wi-Fi and others, offered due to the use of our products, businesses and experiences and/or visit to one of the establishments.
  • Data Subject/Users: You, the natural person to whom the personal data refers. This includes users of the products, businesses and experiences, visitors to the establishments and authorized representatives/resellers.
  • Treatment: The ways we use your personal data, including collection, storage, consultation, use, sharing, transmission, classification, reproduction, deletion, inactivation, enrichment and evaluation.
  • Web Storage or Local Storage: An Application Programming Interface (API) that allows browsers to store data on the client side using key/value pairs. It is used to store shopping carts, game scores, user preferences, dynamic page content, and offline access to data.
  • Social Login: A form of authentication that allows users to log in to websites and applications using their social media accounts.

2. How is my data collected?

We collect your personal data to offer you the best possible experience and also to comply with legal provisions, and in most cases, sharing this data will be your choice.

The types of personal data collected and how we collect it depend on your relationship with us. For example, the data collected varies depending on whether you use our business websites, make purchases at our establishments or platforms, contact us or access our social networks.

This data may be collected:

  • Directly from you: through physical or digital forms, contracts, purchases on our platforms, interaction with our products, businesses and experiences (online or offline);

  • Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies on our platforms, such as pixel tags and beacons.

Minors' data: With prior consent to this Policy from the parent or legal guardian, we collect data from minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age (such as first name and date of birth) for the purpose of preparing statistical data on visits and marketing actions. Star Parks limits the collection and processing to the minimum necessary. Users may choose not to provide this information, aware of the possible limitations on the use of our services. In the event of refusal of prior consent, we will not collect and/or use the information.

3. What data do Star Parks websites collect?

We collect, in particular, but not exclusively, the following personal data, to achieve the purposes described in this policy:

  • Full name;
  • Surname;
  • Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy);
  • Email and email confirmation;
  • CPF (number only);
  • ID;
  • Telephones with area code (main and additional);
  • Password;
  • How did you meet us;
  • Full address (zip code, number, complement, neighborhood, city, state);
  • Details about the use of the activity services;
  • IP;
  • Browser type;
  • Data of the device used;
  • Cell phone operator;
  • Geolocation data (for required functionalities, social media location and personalized suggestions).

4. What purpose is my data used for?

The purposes of data collection include:

  • Conducting marketing actions;
  • Purchase and sale of tickets (including third-party tickets hosted on Star Parks platforms);
  • Making payments;
  • Anti-fraud actions;
  • Personalization of experiences and recommendations on platforms;
  • Contact with buyers;
  • Sending physical tickets, where applicable; and
  • Social media location (based on user permissions).

Star Parks activities may also use information from third parties or other sources to associate it with information collected through the website. This includes, for example, the use of third-party cookies, as described in the “Analytics and Personalization Cookies” section.

Data collection by third parties

This Policy only covers data collection carried out by websites and platforms under the responsibility of Star Parks. Data collection carried out by third parties (through cookies or other methods), such as advertisers, is subject exclusively to the privacy policies of these respective agents.

5. Who is my data shared with?

Star Parks does not disclose, transfer, license or exchange personally identifiable information to any other organization or entity, except:

  • Affiliated companies or companies belonging to the same economic group;
  • Companies participating in Star Parks platforms; and
  • Service providers specialized in:

    • Anti-fraud analysis;
    • Payment intermediation;
    • Management of marketing campaigns;
    • Database enrichment;
    • Cloud storage.

Sharing is carried out without the need for prior communication or authorization from the user, always in accordance with current legislation., when necessary to fulfill the purposes established in this policy.

We may also share personal data:

  • To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation;
  • By order of a public or judicial authority;
  • To ensure compliance with current legislation; and
  • In case of investigation of fraud, contractual breaches or violations of the Terms of Use of our activities.

Any processing carried out by third parties contracted by Star Parks is carried out on its behalf and in accordance with our instructions, and these third parties are obliged to respect the principles of the LGPD and maintain the confidentiality of the information processed.

6. How is my data stored by Star Parks and for how long?

Information collected by Star Parks will be kept only as long as there is a legitimate purpose for your use.

Once this purpose has been exhausted, the data will be:

  • Blocked;
  • Anonymized; or
  • Permanently deleted.

Exceptions: In some cases, Star Parks may retain certain user information, such as:

  • Legal or regulatory requirement;
  • Need for defense in judicial and administrative proceedings;
  • Fraud prevention and investigation;
  • Failure to comply with the Terms of Use of your activities; and
  • Compliance with court order.

Also called Local Storage or Web Storage, is a technical resource used to control application flow.

It is important to clarify that:

  • Does not store personal data;
  • Does not record browsing habits;
  • Cannot be disabled by the user; and

It is only used to store application information locally in the browser.

Star Parks may allow the use of social login, via social networks. In these cases:

  • Some data may be collected directly through social networks used by the user;
  • The user is responsible for the veracity of the data entered;
  • Star Parks may request supporting documents when necessary; and
  • Incorrect data can be corrected by the user at any time.

Important: Star Parks is not responsible for the content inserted by the user, with the user being liable, civilly and criminally, for any damages caused to the company or third parties due to the information provided.

Star Parks maintains the information collected with strict confidentiality standards. security and confidentiality.

Measures adopted:

  • Secure storage environment;
  • Access restricted to authorized persons;
  • Encryption and data protection technologies; and

Secure transmission of information and transactions.

Considering that no security system is absolutely secure, Star Parks is exempt from any liability for any damages or losses resulting from failures, viruses, invasions of the database of websites or Applications or violation by third parties (hackers), except in cases of intent or exclusive fault, for such events, provided that they are proven.

 

Star Parks will not be responsible for illegal interceptions or violations of its systems or databases by unauthorized persons, nor will it be responsible for the improper use of information obtained by these means.

 

Users or those responsible for them are hereby informed that they will be held legally liable for any and all damages caused by the practice of unlawful acts, without prejudice to the right of recourse by Star Parks where applicable.

The safekeeping and use of the password to access Star Parks websites is the sole responsibility of the user.


Star Parks is not responsible for accesses made by third parties, if a valid email and password are used.

Users or their guardians will be held legally liable for unlawful acts and misuse of information, without prejudice to Star Parks' right of recourse.

7. What are your rights as a data subject?

You can, at any time:

  • Request to deletion of your data, except where there is a legal or regulatory obligation to retain;
  • Cancel receiving communications;
  • Know who your data has been shared with;
  • Revoke your consent;
  • Report any misuse of your data; and
  • Exercise other rights provided for in the LGPD.
